I paid Lee Weeks to repair a place on my roof that was leaking. The place continued to leak after they repaired it twice, and it has never been fixed. I have used Lee Weeks and his company many times, and always been very pleased with him. I have recommended him to countless people, who have also used him. He used to have great customs service, prices, and quality. But apparently something has changed. During the summer of 2015 I paid him to repair a small area around my chimney that was leaking severely, leaving puddles on my floor. He sent someone to do the work very quickly, but it continued to leak. He apologized and sent the same person back, but it continued to leak. Despite apologizing via text and claiming he would be back himself to fix it before Christmas, he has never come to fix it, and now refuses to answer my calls or texts. So, I have a bucket in my living room every time is sprinkles and an ever-growing area of water damage in my attic. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. I paid for my roof to be fixed, he should honor that and properly fix it!
