The negative review is an ex-employee and his wife that stole two bank cards from Affordable Construction and used them for 5 weeks then finally got caught and charged by the Jackson police dept. Mugshots are publicly available on WBBJ website.

I had affordable construction to come out to replace my roof about 6 months ago I went on a week vacation and thet was when they where supposed to replace the roof but while I was gone that week instead of the roof being replaced, the owner Christopher Williamson came into my house without permission and went threw my things, and yes I do have proof that Christopher Williamson gave to me himself. The roof did not get fixed until 2 weeks later they came out and did the roof it still leaks and they left nails all throughout my yard, I have had to plug my lawnmower tires 5 times already this year. And the biggest problem is the fact that the guys that came out put there latter on my gutters in 2 separate places and put extremely noticable damage on them. I called and called Juan Blanco he answered the 1st time and told me he would have someone out to fix it. It has now been 6 months and I've called Juan at minimum 5 times and even texted him and he ignores me every time. I have also spoke to both April and Melissa in the office and they have told me they will have someone contact me but nothing has ever been done. Very immature and unprofessional way to handle everything.

Workers stole personal belongings.
