This is a shady bunch from the owner down the owner makes deals and then won’t honor them. Decide you don’t want to work for them and you will have to go to the labor board and hope they will get your money. Wouldn’t advise applying here if you are a roofer promised things that were dreams!

BS company to work for. Roofing isn't the type of profession you want anyways let alone to be underpaid.

It is so sad that this company has a project manager that insist that subcontractor pay him(s.g.) a fee for giving them the job and if they refuse he fires them. This is totally unethical.
