REfused to return calls, promised to come do a quote, didnt, didnt call. I had to call them twice. Three men came one day to discuss a temporary repair (we also talked about a complete re roof). THey promised to give he a quote, didnt. They lost a $30K job. Wont tolerate contractors that think I work for them.
