Denise was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. She was quickly able to diagnose the problem and got someone out before a long stretch of rain. They took before and after photos and provided those very quickly after the work was done. My only complaint is that it took a little while to reach them initially, but I'm assuming that's because they were busy with a large number of recent storms. I would definitely hire them again!

This company does a fantastic job. Doug Durham is my point of contact and he is always very responsive. Great quality work and very attentive to customer needs. I have used them for both roof maintenance and to install a completely new roof and they do great work all around. Highly recommend them!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My initial call to Denise was excellent. She was a good listener and a good communicator. With 36 hours (as my issue was not an emergency) I was visited by Doug, the company’s president. He was efficient and prompt with the analyzing of my issue. The fix was done about one business day later. The company provided before and after photos. I hope to not need their service again, but if I do, I will call.
