The only reason I gave one star is because I could not write a review without doing so. BEWARE OF MARTINS ROOFING! We made the mistake of hiring him to roof our home with architectural shingles that have a 30 year life 7 years ago. We are now experiencing our second leak, the first leak was in Feb. We had a reputable roofer look at our roof and he said because the shingles were not nailed in the right place when wind lifted shingles water leaked into the attic soaking our ceiling. We question the condition of the shingles that were used as the tacky strip that should have held the shingles down failed. Today I found a wet spot in another room in our home. So again we will have to have the roofer come out and see what the problem is. You might ask why we didn’t call Keith Martin to look at our roof? That would be because he roofed our daughters house 2 years ago and 2 weeks later she found a leak near the chimney. He refused to come look at the roof and would not answer his phone after a message was left concerning the problem so she had to find someone else to fix it. Keith Martin does not stand behind his work and the work is shoddy. Once he has money in hand he doesn’t care. We are older and thought the roof we paid good money for would last us many years but sadly it looks like that is not so. Please do not make the same mistake we did take your business elsewhere!

Keith has put a newroof on two homes that I have owned now, and he does a very superb job each time. Highly recommend!
