I must say Helping Hands roofing is a top of the line Company. After a wind storm in Smyrna Tn in June2019 i had a few shingles come loose called Helping Hands Roofing and Stuart came out that day assessed the issue took care of everything. No charge Even nailed down the shingles that blow off. Thanks again for your honesty. I will forever use Helping Hands and recommend to anyone with roofing needs. PS. Did not need a new roof.

I needed some small roof repair work done on my home in Spring Hill. Helping Hands Home Improvement was excellent. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely mannor. Great customer service! Daniel took care of everything. He stayed on top of all communications with the insurance company and made sure I got what I deserved! And, his crew did an awesome job on my new roof! I couldn't be happier!

This was a great and amazing business experience !! The Ray house was attacked by a windstorm awhile back and suffered roof damage to the extent the roof needed replacing. I went with several folks recommendations and spoke with Daniel Windsor... who contacted me after seeing my post on Facebook asking for a roofing contractor. Daniel met with my insurance person and made sure the claim was successful and agreed to replace my roof for the amount of the claim. The agent cut me a check that day .. which I held til the job was completed. Daniel was fine with this ! Next thing you know .... the shingles arrived and the Helping Hands crew arrived right on time and quickly and efficiently replaced my roof. The next morning I got a chance to look at my new roof. Unfortunately the shingles weren’t laying right.i contacted Daniel and sent him pics of my concerns. Long story short ... I won’t bore you with the details..... Helping Hands came back out and re installed a whole new roof. They even upgraded me to better shingles and installed a ridge vent system at no charge. Here’s the deal folks. Daniel Windsor is the most professional guy you will ever meet ! He does what he promises and then some. He answers his phone ... and he’s a man of his word. My roof looks amazing and Melinda Ray and I couldn’t be happier. Another key point .... I was never asked to pay a cent until the job was complete. Even then the price was above and beyond fair. ( I got several estimates) I also have several clients that have used Daniel and Helping Hands who are just as happy. Go read their reviews !! If you need a roof ... Call Daniel Windsor. We noticed that some shingles were lifted on our roof. We started asking for recommendations of companies to fix. Unfortunately the rain came before we could anyone to reply to us. Finally I called a buddy of mine Daniel who works for Helping Shand’s Home Improvement. Not only did they track down the specialized shingles that were used on our house, but they came to get the job done at night to beat the next rain storm coming through. Never in my life have I been treated with such respect for such a small project. Most companies wouldn’t even call me back because it wasn’t worth their time. HHHI was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I’m thankful for good hard working and honest folks from our local community!
