I bought a house they had roofed and my skylight is leaking. When They finally came out after several calls. They ran the water hose down it. Saw that it was leaking and just silicone caulked. They didn’t try to wrap flashing around it or put something around the base to prevent leak and it still leaks to this day. Also in the corner of the roof thier is a spot that’s at an angle and water gets in because it’s not covered correctly with the shingles. Not happy that I had to chase them down and they never followed up unless I contacted them. Must admit this was over a year ago. So I have a tarp over my skylight. They did say the could replace my skylight but it’s not leaking at the top just the sides. They never gave me a bid for that.
