I called a few days ago to get a quote. They said that someone will be out within two days. Few days later not a single phone call or quote. I called back for any update. Receptionist states that she needs to find out if someone went out and that it will take either today or tomorrow to get a phone call back. Worst customer service ever! Taking business somewhere else.

Top notch and impeccable customer service! They replaced my hail damage roof last year and did a fantastic job. Orlando Salazar was awesome and a true professional. Last night was the true test of my roof with the big storm. I noticed a leak in my upstairs laundry room and I determined it was coming from one of the vent pipes. I called Orlando Salazar today and told him that I had a leak. He told me that he will come out tomorrow and call me in the am to give a specific time. Low and behold a couple of hours later after speaking to Orlando, I was away from home during the evening, I receive a phone call from Better Roofing telling me that one of their guys is there to check the leak. Wow, I was expecting to see them on tomorrow. I told the lady on the phone where I thought the leak was. The guy found the leak and fixed the problem. One of the roof boots caved in and was collecting water. They fixed the problem pronto! I have never experienced this fast turn around service in my entire life! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They stand by their work. I'm extremely pleased!!!! Also, I'm an Active Duty Military Officer just in case other veterans are looking for a good roofing company that have taken care of veterans.

Number 1 customer oriented company. Carlos Arevalo and Juan Aguilar tagged teamed the process of inspecting and gathering info to submit to our home owners insurance. They also made themselves available when the insurance adjuster came to validate claim. What an easy process. Mr Art Gonzales, the Operation Manager ensured the work was accomplished flawlessly and expeditiously. Final product is outstanding. We recommend this company wholeheartedly.
