Stay away! We've had a terrible experience, a leak in the roof they didn't stand behind even though they indicated they would, had it scheduled for this morning and then last night after having it on the books for 6 days I received a bizarre email from the owner changing his mind. Bad work, bad customer service, very odd behavior by owner. Would not want these folks back on my property!

This was a very pleasant experience. From the first contact, to the end of the job. They explained the whole process, including the insurance company paperwork. They started when they said they would and finished on time. I have since sold the home and moved away, but if I needed a new roof in the Austin area, no one but 360 Roofing would touch my roof.
