I did not know who to call when it was time to replace my roof. A friend of mine recommended me Infinity. It was the right call! Infinity made the whole process so easy for me. I know it has been approx 9 years since I had infinity place a new roof on my house but based on current poor performance on getting an estimate for a leak repair, I would not recommend Infinity roofing. There is additional history that leads to this poor perception of the company. With-in the first two years of receiving my new roof I had two different roof leaks from what the repairman said were insufficient sealant around two different roof vents. On my previous two roofs which covered 18 years I never had a roof leak. They did fix the issue, which should have never happened in the first place under warranty, but I had to paint the ceiling twice on my dime. Recently I had another leak and they came out to look and where suppose to give an estimate. I waited over a week, called and sent several texts but no estimate. After thinking through the issues I had with the new roof they installed I guess it a good think i never received their estimate and therefore I won't have them work on my roof again.

Had a great overall experience from start to finish. Matthew Smith, the sales rep was outstanding and was there for us every time a question came up. The crew was on time, did top notch work and did a great clean up job when finished. Have already told several neighbors about our great experience with Infinity.
