I had a small leak at my vents. They wanted to remove vent called them for an estimate, they said they email the estimate. I waited 2 days, then called them about it the 3rd & 4th day. UPDATE : Due to my review, Owner called to apologize, explained what happened & to see how to help said she send me a discount. So, I really respect they did that so I gave them 3. Star. I would call them next time.*** UPDATE #2 --- it's been more than a month & I still have not seen discount card, therefore I removed a star.

We chose Integrity to replace the rotting wood around the house with Hardie board and paint. The estimate was so reasonable compared to others that were outright ridiculous. It was amazing to watch the work crew in action...fast, efficient and great team work. Thank you Albert and everyone at Integrity!

Company is best with both assistant and recommendation. Chris, Lisa, Luke, they all wonderful and Hernandez too. Everyone did a wonderful job. However, the worker who did the actual work, i am not very happy about it. I end up hired a building inspector to inspect both workmanship and building codes. Instead of do it the correct way, worker used a lot caulking. This is a metal Standing Seam roof, if you do it the way they were engineer it to, then you shouldn't used too much caulking in area that can be done without it. Here in Texas, heat burned Caulks and Leaks burn your bank. They end up spend hours correcting the issue. I don't know why such a great company have this kind of worker who cut corners at their professional job. I don't think anyone would be satisfied when you spend 28k for your roof and have to hire an inspector to verify building codes etc.. . Well, I have a lot more to say just can't say it all here. The bottom line, I recommend the company but be careful with the worker.

My roof was going on 20 years...and for some strange reason the same hail that hit my neighbors houses on both sides somehow missed mine - (I'll review my insurance company in another post) so this gig was all on me. Ronnie and Integrity did some work for me in the past replacing some wood trim around the roof and chimney and did a great job. When I called Integrity, Chris was the man who came out first for the inspection and was early in fact. He was very friendly and professional - and as I compared my roof to my neighbors his Integrity was intact when he pointed out the way my roof was designed, the ridge vent (my neighbor had) wouldn't be necessary or effective on mine except in one spot...again saving me money on a easy upsell I'm sure. So like clockwork, a few days later the materials were dropped off - the next day I had a new roof - the place was cleaner than when they first came - and I would recommend Integrity and Ronnie Suarez to all my friends and family...and you too.

I had Integrity remove a composite shingle roof and replace it with a standing seam metal roof. Overall, this was a great experience. The salesman (Chris) was very responsive, as was Lisa, who answers the phone at Integrity. They did a high quality job at a very fair price. I recommend them without reservation.
