Damage to my roof during inclement weather last week. Called Cloud roofing since I had my entire roof replaced on two prior occasions. The Cloud inspector assigned, a Mr Noriega was assigned to my project. An appointment for inspection was made and I suggested that he was unable to show to let me know so I would be present. He messaged me and related he had come and inspected before the agreed time and then sent me and estimate via email. Messaged him and related that I preferred speaking to him personally before I proceeded. He advised me that he would try to make it. It's now one hour after the agreed time....no show or call. Not professional at all lacking customer courtesy therefore I am going to another roofing company. Hopefully, he is not representative of Cloud service, but do not trust Cloud as a result. Cloud is deserving of their poor ratings because of representatives such as this!

Cloud roofing guarantees their work! I requested a minor repair and it was fixed immediately -no questions asked. In addition, my Dad had his roof replaced by Cloud last week and he was extremely happy with the finished product.
