Stephens was the third roofing company I got an estimate on what I assumed was routine maintenance needs on my 14 year old tile roof. The first two companies' estimates and recommendations were so different that I decided to call a third. I'm so glad I did. Erica was professional, thorough and courteous. After noticing rain leaking through my roof and staining my ceiling, I called for three estimates. One company did not even keep the appointment, and the third needed another two weeks to get someone to look at my roof. The second company I called was Stephens Roofing. After Zane came by on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and look at it, he spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions, and there were plenty! By the end of his visit , I shook his hand and agreed to let his crew replace my roof. Let me say, these guys were awesome, working in the 98 degree weather and through the rain showers that rolled through, these guys left my yard as clean as they found it.
