We are very pleased with our new roof from Titan Roofing. We were referred to Sean at Titan by our next door neighbor. We needed a new roof due to severe hail damage. Of all three bids we received, Sean was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and up front with us. His bid was very fair, and we were worked into his schedule quickly. The crew was efficient and did great work. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. The new roof looks so beautiful that neighbors are stopping me to compliment me on the look. Sean also tied up loose ends with our insurance company for us. We highly recommend Sean and Titan, and have referred neighbors and friends to them.

Chris (the owner) was very attentive and prompt in making sure that I was taken care of as a client. He made sure the work was done in a timely manner. The quality of their work is excellent. They did not only address the issue at hand but were able to assess and advice on other issues. I 100% recommend this company for their impeccable work quality and excellent customer service.

We paid $5,600 on 03/04/19, when we thought the roof repair was complete. As of 05/13/19, waiting on them to contact me with the date for the 3rd attempt to properly repair it. Very stressful, discouraging, frustrating and time consuming. Will post follow up review with outcome. Update to response: Chris, your response is how I was informed of my scheduled completion date of Friday. Or maybe your missed call at 10:42 PM last night (AFTER my review was posted). Friday will be Great! Please come and finish this job properly so we can move forward from this terrible experience.

Not only did Titan Roofing do an excellent job in replacing the roof on our house after significant hail damage, the entire process from bid through roof installation and clean up was first rate and could not have been easier for the home owner. I could not have been more pleased with their work and attention to the smallest details related to the damage from the hail storm.
