One of the most problem free experiences we've ever had with having or home repaired. Karl Nelson was fast, effecient and always got the job done. We had hail damage and no clue how to proceed. He was so wonderful to come and explain everything to mother and I. If we had a question he took his time to answer it. The work was excellent and everyone was great! Midwest Storm Company did an excellent job in my home. Last spring we were hit with a bad hail storm. Karl Nelson went above and beyond in helping us. He was there from the first day putting tarps on our sky lights to helping us deal with the Insurance Claim. He even met the adjustor and pointed out a lot of damage the hail had done that we had not seen and probably would have been overlooked. I highly recommend this Company and as a matter of fact, I have already done so and they were also very pleased with the outcome.
