Please do not use this company! When Dale Clifton came to make his presentation at our HOA meeting, we were initially impressed and voted as a community to use their services. The work was delayed as Garrick didn't have the proper insurance for our condo community and our property manager was requiring it before the work was started. They did a good job with the roofing but we are now finding out that while we paid our invoice in good faith, Dale has neglected to make the payments to the supplier and has consistently lied to us about making them. If you don't wish to become involved in legal issues when Dale fails to make the payments to the supplier for your job, do not be fooled by Dale and don't use Garrick roofing for your home or building.
