This company is doing our apartments re-roofing project, and I just wanted to say as a resident (not even their client) these guys went above and beyond to be friendly and two guys even offered to help me carry a box into my apt. I can't speak to the roofing quality since it isn't done yet and I know nothing about roofs, but the foreman on this job is definitely doing his job well. For a company that knows their project is inconvenient to residents for parking, etc., the customer service makes it all better.
