Very satisfactory installation. Loved the fact that i didn't have to clutter the roof with many more panels. Very friendly staff, from sales, to installation to final consultation!

This company called my 80+ year old parents to let them know that they needed 6 more panels. My parents had no idea if they needed them or not. (NOT) To my brother and I that is unthinkable. It is an investment over time, but come on. REALLY! They are in their 80's and are in failing health, with Visiting Angel and VA nursing helping them seven days a week. When final payment came due, we were brought up to date on the situation and found out that High Definition Solar kept calling my parents until they agreed to meet with them. The VA nurse said that they pressured my parents until they agreed to purchase over $13,000 worth of additional panels.They certainly did not need to spend anymore money for something that would not have a long term benefit from. Now they have 12 panels on the house and no longer live there because they moved to assisted living. And this all occurred in less than six months after they were persuaded to add more panels. This is absolutely outrageous and this company should be ashamed of themselves and of their employees. We did contact an attorney and we were told that small claims court was our only option. I am still considering pursuing legal action.

I started with 6 panels and a year later added 8 more. High Def Solar was professional, quick to answer questions, fast with installation, friendly, and always helpful. I felt like my business mattered to them and that they were working hard to provide excellent customer service. I received a quality product.

High Definition Solar was a jewel of a find. The whole experience with High Definition Solar was the best, from the first contact to the installation and to the final inspection, it has been a very positive experience. The installation of the solar panels at our home was done quickly and without any mess. I hope that future clients of High Definition Solar experience the professionalism of this solar company. My wife and I give High Definition Solar the highest possible recommendation.
