We were initially pleased with the estimate and time taken to review our claim prior to work being done. After completing their estimate, Top Notch roofing submitted, and had approved, a supplemental claim which resulted in a better roof and complete new gutter system. The first day of work did not start well, but ended up getting our roof set up to be replaced on time. the second day, the crew arrived as promised and all work was completed on time and the clean up was very professional. We had Steven back several times for questions, all of which were answered professionally and completely. All during the process, Steven was present, watching his crew, and keeping us informed. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or simply a repair. As a company, they are very professional.
