I'm very thankful to RCI-roofing for their prompt response and quality service. During recent heavy rain, we discovered that our three turbine vents on our roof had aged and began to leak at the center spindle. Also, the fume vent to our central-heat furnace had a slow trickle leak because the vent cap was from the original build. When we called RCI-roofing, the owner understood the nature of the problem and likely what would be needed to fix it and he quickly dispatched a crew to our home to help mitigate the leaks and perform a complete assessment. Since it was still raining, the crew temporarily bagged the vents to prevent further leaking into our roof and was able to get the replacement vents and materials to facilitate repairs the next day. Early the next day, the crew replaced the turbine vents with an updated design of the same and was also able to replace the fume vent on the central-heat furnace with a more updated one. From start to finish, RCI-roofing provided courteous prompt response and professional workmanship to address our problem leaks. We cannot thank the owner enough for responding so quickly and the crew for such thorough and professional workmanship.

I just purchased a new, 2 year old home, and on the second day the roof leaked! My realtor’s company recommended Raul at RCI roofing and I called immediately. Raul diverted a crew to my home and within an hour the leak was stopped and the damage to my ceilings was minimal. His crew found the problem and fixed it during the storm keeping my problem small and damage minimal. Raul was fantastic to work with from the initial call, while his crew was in the way, during the repair and called the next day to make sure everything was ok. So far it's been an essy, informative process. Estefan explained the process and products used with confidence and professionalism. His knowledge of GAF materials and warrantee left us with enough trust to ask them to check the roof on a rent house we own. I hope that job goes as great as this one.
