I had an amazing experience with this company. They replaced my roof a couple months ago and during the process, the owner truly impressed me by stopping by to ensure we where satisfied with the work being doing. Then 3 days after the roof replacement, there was a hail storm in my area. The owner contacted me and informed me that he was sending someone out to inspect my roof free of charge. My new roof was just completed yesterday and I am so pleased! Every person that I had contact with at Triumph roofing was friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful of my time. They were patient and thorough in explaining the process of insurance claim filing, work to be done, and options available. This is an outstanding company to deal with not only because of the quality work that they do, but because of the people who work for Triumph. I can honestly recommend Triumph roofing-what a great experience, and my new roof is beautiful!

Triumph put my new roof on in July, 2014. Brad Sanders the owner. We have had no problems with it. Since we have had some storms & hailing in my neighborhood in the past couple of weeks I had some concerns. I called Triumph this week, & Brad's brother Ryan Sanders came out today b4 the evening rain, he walked the roof, & did a "video" (or is it called a go-pro?) as he explained things. Either way it was pretty neat, & all is ok! But I also learned some things from him regarding roofing. Ryan is very nice, knowledgeable, & professional! Spoke with Stephanie twice this week & she answered all my questions & was very polite. I will call on them again, plus I posted to the nextdoor app about them. Letting my neighborhood & all my nearby neighborhoods (& there are many) the type service I received. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

Our experience with this company was a total nightmare from day 1. Every single part of the process has been an ordeal - misleading sales reps, numerous installation delays and mix-ups, poor quality products and workmanship, and most frustrating, a completely screwed up billing process where we heard nothing from this company until YEARS after the work was complete. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
