Crest replaced our roof, gutters and some windows and screens that were damaged in a recent hail storm. Levi Brand was our Crest representative. Levi did an outstanding job working with us explaining the process and ensuring that work was completed to our satisfaction. On a personal note I was stressed throughout the process and admittedly difficult to work with. Levi gets an A+ for dealing with me while keeping his patience. Thanks Levi, great job!

Crest installed a new roof, gutters, and fence recently from a hail storm. The whole process went smoother than we could have imagined. Chip was alway on time, professional, and stuck by his word on everything he said Crest would deliver. The roofers did a great job and the roof looks better quality wise than the others on our block that were also recently replaced. The crew left the yard, patio, and driveway looking as good as when they started the job. I would highly recommend giving Chip a chance to give you an estimate and see pictures of their work.

Crest exteriors repaired hail damage on my home in May 2017 in Dallas, Tx. including replacing the roof. All aspects of the job were done well, completed quickly and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would certainly recommend to my friends & family. With that said, shingles in several places on my roof blew off from the ‘Micro-burst” in June 2019. I contacted Crest about this. The very next morning they had a man at my home surveying the damage and they had the roof completely repaired within 3 days. I really appreciate Crests’ expeditious response. I cannot say enough good things about Crest and project manager Chip Moore. They replaced my roof, gutters, broken windows, damaged screens, garage doors and painted my house and re-stained my fence. It was done quickly and the workmanship was excellent. Chip worked directly with my insurance company to recover costs that the appraiser missed. I will definitely call Chip if and when the next hail storm comes!
