It was a great roofing contractor! Working with Spring Cypress Top Roof Repair & Siding was a very useful experience for us. Fortunately they were very correct and easy going. The crew did the job relatively fast. But the most important thing is that they were ready before the deadline. Which happens not that often with the construction sites. Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional company. It is a VERY BIG mistake if you book with them. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. They have no idea what they are doing. I have never seen a company create a gmail account and write reviews for themselves! I fell for it and I paid for it by the horrible work! IF YOU GO WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

he is the worst. stay away from him. he messed my roof. called him more than hundreds time and left voicemail but no return. once he take the money he never care of you. stay away

Terrible customer service, they like excuses to avoid fixing things, Managers are so busy that they don't have time to call you, and the people what answer the phone wouldn't provide their owners name, they promise to call you but they never do it, you have to beg them in order to fix their mistakes, they have no idea about customer service. The roof looks horrible and I'm just waiting to see what happens when it rains. I found them online with out doing my research but I wouldn't recommend this company. Avoid headaches and go somewhere else. As soon as they sell the roof they are not nice anymore, they tell you that hiring them will avoid the problems with subcontractors, but then you have problems with them. The instaler is a rude person that thinks he can treat you as you were garbage. DON'T HIRE THEM! PLEASE!

After the work of this roofer here we had no leaks at all after the roof repair.
