After calling over 10 other places to get a vent replaced, Mike called me back and was able to come out less than 2 hours later. He fixed the issue and we no longer had a leaking roof. Everyone else said it would be days if not weeks before they would come out. Mike went out of his way to make sure that our home wasn't further damaged by water.
