My contact with MBCI was the driver Darren Clark. He was experienced, professional, and a great asset in the delivery of my steel building. Although I've been involved in electrical, framing, roofing, and HVAC most my life, this was my first steel building. Darren got the truck close to the site, he helped me understand the paper work format and he was a great asset in material handling when off loading the building. Darren makes MBCI look good! In a good businesses good people make all the difference.
This place SUCKS if you're unloading coils! Approximately 1 hour per truck, depending on the load it could take longer. I arrived at 8am like my load info said. 5 trucks in line when I arrived. The 5th one finished at 12:35. Okay, Great, I'm next... Yeah, after they take lunch!!! GRRRRRRR!!!
