I wanted to give a better rating, but I can't. First, I filled out their online form — no one ever called. A few days went by so I called them and made an appointment with Andy, the owner. He never showed up for the appointment for which I, of course, had taken a morning off work to wait for. The next day, I got a call from Andy apologizing and saying he had written down the wrong day. Mistakes happens, so we made another appointment. This time he shows up and says he'd be back later in the day to check out the leaks in the roof. He comes back with a worker, they climb up on the roof, then leave without saying a word. A week goes by and I haven't heard from him, so I call Andy. He says he hasn't gotten around to writing up an estimate, but will do so ASAP. Three weeks later, I haven't heard a word from him. Luckily, I found someone else to fix the problem who actually showed up on time on the first appointment and returned the next day to repair it. I'm baffled as to how so many of these kinds of flakey businesses, like All Seasons Roofing, manage to stay in business.

Andy was a great help. We had a problem with our roof and he had a good price and does great work. Highly recommended
