The rudest lady that answered the phone! I am selling my home, ready to hire ASAP.. What kinda of company will not come and see what the job is? She tells me we don’t give estimates, it will cost you $150.00 per man and materials! She then acts like I am a professional roofer saying measure you roof (not possible, my home is 4 stories high) and then we will know how many men to send .. Are you serious? I guess she cost you $15,000-$18,000 (the amount I have been given by companies that actually come out )! That lady really needs some people skills or find another job not dealing with public. This “Company “ should really rethink their policies.

They came out on short notice and found the cause of a leak in about 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional.
