My realtor set up central cal roofing to certify roof prior to purchase of new house. Time constraint because lenders called out roof inspection 2 days prior to closing. They said they could get to it yesterday afternoon. No show and didn't answer calls in the morning. After I got ahold of them they said they were on their way at noon. Still 4:00 and no show. Mike, roofer, complained that he was too busy after he didn't show up. Luckily got another contractor over and 30 minutes later - problem solved.. Stay away from these guys. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
