This is pat and connie place and Ashley and my granddaughter payton came to stay with me had so fun with them ty connie and pat letting them stay I needed it so much

STRIKE ONE: Had a brand new $12,000.00 roof installed by GT Roofing less than three months ago and it is already leaking. STRIKE TWO: After the roof was installed I went to pay the remainder of my bill and they tacked on an extra $150 card processing fee that they didn't tell me about up front. STRIKE THREE: The office has one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with. The owner hides behind his secretary. His secretary is very argumentative and lacks customer service skills. They are absolutely unacceptable and you will regret ever hiring these guys. In my opinion, their secretary needs to be fired and it is a wonder how they are still in business! I would have given -1 star, but as you savvy computer users know the star rating system in place forces the user to give at least one star. My recommendation is to go with the Roof Doctor or another reputable company in the Lewis/Thurston county area.
