I have known Dan for years. He is an honest & genuine guy who does quality work! I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me.

Called the company to have them make an emergency fix. Roof is leaking and coming into my kitchen. Was stood up via the emergency, and then I had to make an appointment to have people come by. Left specific instructions that I work from home in my basement, and I need a phone call when they get here. I call to follow up, because they are late for the appointment. They said they stopped by and left because no one answered. I said hey, "sorry, but when i left the message I need to be called, because I am always on the phone with customers to let you in." They came back at me and said to shove off and find someone else to fix my roof. Edit from the owners response: It seems like it should not matter if the damage was from another roofing company, as I am hiring YOU to come out and repair MY roof. The repair was completed from a roofing company from the previous owners, and I did not know who they were. So you are lying when you said that they would not call me back. I am happy you were able to see my doorbell, and my dog. However, you still failed to call like requested. You run a poor business, and everyone should know it. I had my roof looked at that afternoon, by another company. I am happy that my money never made it to you.

Attentive to needs. Finished the job in 2 days on a large roof with 50 year shingles. Good work. Stopped by at the end of the project to be sure we were happy with the work.

Dan was outstanding to work with. After I called and asked for a quote he came out and walked me through the process of what I needed to have done. He gave me up front pricing and stayed true to that estimate. When the time came for the roof to be re-done, his team showed up and started working immediately. 13.5 hours later, they were cleaning up. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend Dan and his team for all your exterior needs.

Never had work done by them but I plan to report them to the better business bureau! Just about got ran over by someone driving their company truck while pulling out of the bus stop behind the bus with my kids in the car!
