Tim and his crew installed a metal roof on our new construction home in some of the worst conditions imaginable. The weather fluctuated between 10 degrees and 40 degrees throughout the project. The wind reached gusts of 25MPH. It rained and snowed and the rain froze into ice. All this while working on a 10/12 pitch house with a 2 story exposed basement on one side. Despite everything, Tim’s crew accomplished the installation on time and for the proposed price. His crew foreman made sure they planned for the soffit and fascia material that wasn’t yet present, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process.
