We had the roof replaced on our house in Sun Prairie in 2007. The work came with a 10 year warranty. Some issues developed with some random water leaks in one part of the house. I took some pictures and had Carl come over to the house and explained the problem. Carl said, "We will fix it". And they did. Not just a little ugly patch, they replaced a whole section of the roof at no charge to me. It looks great and it does not leak anymore. I am very happy!
