Every step of the process was on time and the work site was thoroughly cleaned after completion of the roof job. Everyone from the estimator to the laborers was professional and congenial. I got 4 bids for my roof and Ridge Top was neither the highest or lowest but selected them based on excellent reviews from neighbors.

If you want customer service and warranty, work with Ridge Top - they were fantastic to work with as we had some issues on a roof they put in as an insurance claim. Of course we would want everything to go perfect but construction is construction and mother nature is mother nature. Ridge Top stands by their warranty and will not forget about you until the issue is taken care of.

I can't imagine that finding out that your roof needs replacing is ever fun, especially after a very long winter but my project manager, Joe Schulz and the crew at Ridge Top Exteriors made it as painless as it could have been. Joe was very responsive to my initial call, walked me through the process every step of the way and as soon as the weather permited I had a new roof. The installation was absolutely on time and as expected, and they left a very tidy work area. The roof is beautiful, and the procedure was painless. I would certainly recommend Joe and Ridge Top Exteriors and would definitely use them again.

We cannot say enough about Ridge Top. An elderly relative had wind damage on part of the roof on a two-flat we didn't realize happened until heavy rain came and it was raining inside the house. This happened on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. After describing to Nate that we could see light coming through the roof and more rain was predicted, he brought his manager with him and they came out together to assess the situation. Not only did they temporarily repair the leaking roof immediately, throughout the weekend Nate kept in contact to see how we were doing and also checked on the roof to make sure the temporary repair was still intact. He made a point to meet the insurance adjuster at the house to go over what needed to be done. The roof is repaired, it looks great, and we know our family member is safe. Nate is our new hero and we can't thank Ridge Top enough, not only for their professionalism with the repair, but also for their genuine concern with this situation.
