Tim, at Integrity Roofing, did an excellent job sealing our 1926 bungalows in our HOA four years ago. He came back last year to clean debris off the roofs and make sure the drains were open. This year, we had him come back to do the same, but when he saw there was not much debris, he did not even charge us.
