From beginning to end all of the Engstroms team did what they said they were going to do and provided quality products and quality service. Our new siding looks terrific and the new windows are so great. Installation team was respectful of us and our property and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Thank you everyone!

Made it totally clear to them we had to be there when they worked in our cabin roof. Had it scheduled they cancelled. No call from them until 4 days after a surgery they called and said they had the roof torn off and will cost another thousand dollars! They weren’t even supposed to be there! I couldn’t get there I was unable after surgery’s. They tore up our yard, broke boards on our deck, broke our siding, slid steel roofing across the top of our new black iron railings and scraped them up, used our power and blew breakers in the cabin (refrigerator and freezer circuit) so my other half had to drive 240 miles to go turn it back on then we left them the key and they left it in the door lock for two weeks instead of hiding it where we told them to. Then after a very poor job on our roof, Facia and gutters they had to return 5 times and still haven’t gotten it right! Their salesman is color blind (seriously!)! They lie try-powder coating their mistakes then blame us for being picky. Picky? How about do it right the first time and stop trying to bull**** your customers! Stay away from this company people! I’m now finding out they have a bad reputation in the Siren/Webster WI. area. Very bad business!!!
