5 star job! Jeff is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but really listened to my thoughts and needs. After flood damage occurred in my basement, Jeff made wonderful suggestions to fix all that was ruined. The damage included the carpeting, a section of wall that grew mold and was rotting , along with the vanity in the bathroom that was damaged from the water. Jeff suggested flooring that would be better suited for the space. He installed the new flooring so precisely all throughout the basement and bathroom. He cut the baseboards and installed those as well. He was consistently checking in with me to let me know how things were going and answered all of my questions along the way. The section of the wall that had mold and mildew growing is completely fixed and painted over, looking as good as new. He removed the vanity, saw that I had purchased another one and told me it would be no problem at all to install it for me and hook up the plumbing. He even hung my new mirror which came with the vanity. Everything was completely so efficiently. I then asked if he would be willing to also install my new toilets as well. He was so willing to help right on the spot, without even knowing in advance. I really appreciated that! This space in my basement is now so beautiful, thanks to him! I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who wants someone honest, hardworking and diligent! ,
Indoor, outdoor, Jeff does it all. I contacted him last summer to paint the exterior of a cabin. He let me know up front that there could be extra fees if there was lead paint involved. There was, and he sent the report. His team kept to the timeline and even dealt with some extras, including wasp nests under the eaves and rotting wood at the base. Jeff kept me informed with phone calls and pictures, as I was long distance and could not see the progress. Our ancient wood garage needed new doors. I asked if he could build some new ones, and they turned out great. This year we experienced major water damage to a bedroom and Jeff was willing to come out and take a look around right away. He rebuilt a closet, replaced base boards and ceiling molding. He painted bead board walls and ceiling, along with the floor. He coordinated with an electrician to replace flooded outlets and add a few new ones. He installed a closet light at no additional charge. Lots of communication along the way and the room looks great. Jeff comes up with creative solutions, like when I asked him how we could cover several large holes in the stairwell drywall that the plumber had to cut out for the second time. We now have a 4x7 foot removable panel with a great painting of a Bear Lake bear keeping us company in the stairwell. Check out the testimonials on Jeff's website.
Edit: the only other review is from the owner. That says something to me... Please read my original review below. Sadly, I cannot comment on the quality of work performed. I would have liked to. Jeff said he was too busy and refused to give me a referral for another person to complete the work. He just told me to call Menards and ask them for a list of painters. He said the job was too small and he was too busy for him to even bid it. Jeff could have easily taken the time to bid the project and overshot. If he won the bid, he would have been handsomely rewarded! Poor customer service - and he's obviously seen this review and neglected to reach out and apologize for his unprofessionalism.
Awesome workmanship. Very knowledgeable guy. Must hire for any job around the house.
