We had Dock Doctors build us a pontoon lift and a new walkway yo our lift last October. Tom and his crew did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our lift. He was very good at answering our many questions. He was very clear in all his explanations and drawing pictures so we could visualize the project. We had a lot of questions quite often. He always called us back or emailed us within a very reasonable time. Tom and his crew are very busy but he always got back to us. We had more questions this spring before we put our boat on the lift and Tom was readily available. Our walkway is beautiful. Our boat lift is permanent and should withstand the ice. It did this most recent 2017/18 winter. They did not leave any mess or debris on our property when finished. I would highly recommend going with Dock Doctors for your Dock/lift needs. We are very very happy with all aspects of our experience with Dock Doctors of Conover. They were competitive in pricing as well. They completed the job in a very timely manner.
