I called Dan with a unique request for help on a historic home with a flat roof / porch. Replacing a railing system on this type of roof needs to be done properly to prevent it from leaking and provide a strong system. The level of detail Dan provided me was outstanding. Needed partial repair on our roof due to wind damage. When project was started only took a few days to finish. Had a couple of odds and ends that they needed to come back for and did so. When calling you usually have to leave a message and would sometimes take a day or so to get back but they always responded. Estimate was right on. Very pleased and would hire again
