I worked with Mike R. from American Dream Home Improvement. He helped guide me through the whole process and was a pinnacle of communication all throughout. Had only a small snafu with getting a exhaust vent modified. That issue was swiftly taken care of. When it came time to having the actual repairs done, the crew was fast and clean. They took extra care around my home to make sure it was returned in the state that they arrived. The work was done fast. I would recommend them to replace a roof.

I was in desperate need of a new roof due to hail damage. Mike was amazing to work with and kept up to date on what was going on and the process. He worked with the insurance and showed up to point out the damage to them. He took care of everything! The crew that came to do the roof did a great job!!!! I love my new roof!!!

Work was done in a timely matter the crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up, our sales men Jeff Windus was great and helped take care of any questions along the way.

First off I'd like to say I am rating your company from my recent experience and not past. I'm writing this anonymous, because technically I should not be rating your company. However I was so amazed by my last interaction with one of your sales managers, Terrance Thomas and believe he should be acknowledged for it. I have to admit when I first seen I had to meet with ADHI I was a bit nervous. In the past I've been bullied and disrespected by sales guys in IL (some of which are still with the company). My fellow team reassured me that, that would not be the case with Mr. Thomas. I have to say, WOW they were right. Terrance was so kind, respectful, patient, understanding and allowed me to do my job. The way he interacted with the homeowner was much like I have never seen before with this company. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable when working with me. I'd like to thank him for his time and the chance to work with him. I look forward to working with him in the near future. There is no doubt in my mind that he is a great aspect to this company and they should be honored to have someone like him representing them.
