I was SO extremely impressed with their professionalism, quality of work and efficiency. We had an urgent roof repair need, they were fair, honest, did an outstanding job and in a quick time frame. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best money I ever spent...From the start to the finish, these guys COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. Dennis (sales) sat in my house with me for 3-4 hours evaluating what project would bring me the most value to my home. He guided me, advised me, and demonstrated so much patience with my decision-making. And he loved my dog and cats :-) Michelle ensured my financing was in place, and the gentleman who came to measure was polite and professional. Most impressive was the crew. Troy, Steve and the younger gentleman communicated with me via text and phone calls every step of the way, and even showed my their construction stages, making sure they built exactly what I wanted. And, my deck is actually BETTER than I expected. They cleaned up and it was as if they were never here :-) Highly recommend these guys for a home improvement project.

From start to end I have nothing but good things to say about Hip and Ridge. They were able to get out to our house and give us a quote quickly! Todd was great to work with! He truly cares about his customers and worked with us and our insurance company to get our claim processed. The roofing crew was friendly and efficient in their work! The carpentry crew performed excellent work and left our house cleaner than when they came in! I highly recommend this company!

This company really helped me out when my neighbors tree fell on my house. Dennis was here to speak to the claims adjuster with me. (because adjusters work for the insurance companies, not you!) They were here to repair my roof as scheduled, and the crew did a great job! Thanks to Dennis from Hip & Ridge for the great customer service and for looking out for me during the claims process.
