ABOVE and BEYOND That is how I would describe the service I received from the salesman Scott Martin of Roofed Right. When our building in Deerfield, WI was hit by a tornado, I called several roofing companies that day. The next day only two showed up, Scott with Roofed Right and another company. The other company never returned after the initial visit. In my younger days I had worked as a roofer for some time so I have a knowledge of roofing, the materials, the process, etc. This project was bigger then one I would want my employees doing, even with my background guiding them. Logistically this project was a nightmare as it was tornado damage, twisted metal, missing roof sections, lifted roof sections, etc. I thought it would be a simple process. We got hit by a tornado, we have insurance, put a new roof on. Well, it wasn't that simple! Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND almost daily to keep the ball rolling for us. He dealt with many obstacles, obstacles that really are not their responsibility. He dealt with the insurance adjuster, building inspector, electrician, and probably other places in an effort to get us a roof. He takes a lot of pride in not only his work, but the work that Roofed Right performs. Communication with progress reports was almost daily informing me of the obstacles, and insurance politics that he was fighting through. As it is storming heavy today, I have inspected the building and there are no leaks. The TPO product that they used is a fantastic product with a minimal shrinkage factor unlike other products that will shrink in time which could possibly tear the membrane. There is no doubt that I would contact Scott again if I needed any roofing work, and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a salesman who will work with you. A company that will stand behind their work. And a crew that does a fantastic job and cleans up behind themselves really well. I should mention that the project manager Bobbie was very helpful and informative as well. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Thank you Scott, Bobbie, and the installers at Roofed Right.

Roofed Right (Matt Rath) has taken care of both of our metal roofs. Great Service and Great Product! From start to finish, all aspects were excellent! We are definitely looking forward to being able to use ALL of our warehouse space without worrying about any leaks.

RR put a new flat roof on my Masonic Lodge and I was tasked with the project. After calling 6 MAJOR COMMERCIAL COMPANIES in Milwaukee, i.e FJA, LANGER etc., RR was the ONLY company who cared enough to even call us back. I was very comfortable with Chris Wichers who was with us from the start of the project to the very end. Foreman Ricky was awesome too as he sent pics of the damage under the roof, and they fixed UNFORESEEN DAMAGE instead of just covering it up and moving on like some companies. Price was about the same as one other contractor who bid our job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY-ask for Chris Wichers

The Roofed Right project manager, Bobbie, did an outstanding job. Our flat roof replacement was very well coordinated and scheduled and was completed in the expected time. Bobbie checked with those of us who work in the building regarding concerns. She was knowledgeable and handled all issues promptly. The crew was polite. I would definitely recommend Roofed Right America for a trouble-free project.
