When we were in need of an emergency repair Kyle came through with fast service and was able to get a tarp on my roof. Once it was no longer leaking, he helped me to get approved for a new roof paid for by my insurance.

If I could give them a zero I would. May 1st Kyle from Style Exteriors came out and took a look at our roof. He told us it would need replaced as we have a leak. He needed a few days to get us an estimate. By May 7th I still had not heard back from him so I called and left a message. I called again on May 9th and left a message. I then called from my other phone and he answered this time, he apologized profusely and told me that his grandfather had passed away and promised me that he would have the estimate to me by Monday the 13th....I told him that I was sorry for his loss and looked forward to hearing from him on Monday....well Monday rolls around and I don’t hear anything again. At this point we have decided that we will just decide without Style Exteriors as one of the contenders. About a week later after I still hadn’t heard back, I went ahead and gave them a bad review on Angie’s list. So now I get a phone call from Kyle again, apologizing again and this time he says it has just been hard since his mother died...he forgot that he had told me it was his 90 year old grandfather that had died. He told me if I called him back he would give me the number to his manager who would make this right....what?!?!? They lied to me and then tell me that I need to call them to get another phone number so that I can call his manager??? Why would I ever do that...exactly I wouldn’t, if they would have just said we can’t fit you in, or we’re really overwhelmed with business right now, I would have understood. But lying and ignoring your consumers is never a good business decision!
