I had Robidoux Brothers replace 10 of my crank-out windows with Unlimited slider windows and replace my sliding patio door. Most were very large windows, some were even tri-paneled ones and the job was very expensive at close to $25,000. When the job was "done", I noticed water would accumulate in some of the windows' slide trays and sit there for hours, even days . The water was not draining out of the weep holes on the windows for some reason and I wanted the issue fixed. I held off paying for the second half of the job total until the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. They sent out both their guys and Unlimited's guys several times to "fix" the issue but it was never fixed. Robidoux Brothers finally told me that what I'm experiencing is "normal" and there was nothing they could do for me. "Normal" for water to sit in the window sliding trays? RIDICULOUS! I never had any water pooling and sitting in my new Marvin windows I had installed in my former home. Craig Robidoux was very rude and unprofessional with me and told me I had to pay the job in full or I would have a lien put on my home. Of course I paid them the full amount and there was never, ever any concern that I would not pay for the job so he did not have to treat me so rudely. I do NOT recommend Robidoux Brothers for any work! They also replaced my roof and while that job was completed without issues, their workers didn't clean up my property completely and I ended up with a roofing nail puncturing my vehicle's tire. I told them about it and they never offered to pay for my tire repair. I believed their sales pitch and how they're such a stand-up family-owned company blah, blah, blah but in the end they did not provide value for the product and service I received.

Had Robidoux give me an estimate for a new roof. This winter and ice dams were terrible. I had several estimates from different companies. One was cheap, two were sky high, and Robidoux's was reasonable. John, the estimater found things quoted by the other companies that simply were not needed and explained that what their very experienced team would do would be better than the others offered and would be covered by a 40 year warranty on shingles and lifetime on labor. Robidoux has been a family owned company for a very long time and you just don't last very long if your work is not good. I now enjoy my new roof, seamless gutters and Raindrop gutter guards. (We just had a hard rain and thunder storm last night. All dry here!)

The Robidoux Brothers team was incredible! Professional work, nice clean-up, good follow-up and friendly people. We love our new roof and siding. Would recommend this business to family & friends.
