I would definitely not hire Brad to do any kind of work. He was hired to install a rubber roof. He did not install the materials which he stated in his contract. The rubber is lifting off of the roof and the flashing against the house is falling down. He states in his contract that he gives a 10 year warranty on labor. However, he has failed to return any calls or return to repair the work. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!
