Guardian was called to give me a quote on replacing my roof. Sonny came and inspected and said I have many years left. Which was great news so I could do other projects at this time. I highly recommend calling Guardian (Sonny) before starting your next project. He was honest and upfront about ALL the options on residing our house. In the end, he explained that our aluminum siding is in pretty good shape. He also explained how to achieve the look we want by fixing and painting, rather than replacing! Andrew came to look at our roof and siding to potentially give us a quote for repairs/replacement. He gave us his honest opinion and recommended we make some repairs ourselves- and offered some helpful tips on how to do so. Did not try to sell us anything he did not believe we needed. He even called after leaving with a tip he forgot to mention while he was at our house.

They did a great job at understanding what I wanted to accomplish but more important how to keep the best value for my home. It was refreshing to have more of a consultative evaluation instead of a sales presentation. Will call them again on future home projects.

I am very pleased with my experience with Andrew from Guardian. He was very easy going, friendly but most importantly professional. He was honest about what I needed to have done, and what I didn't need to have done. It was nice to meet someone who would give their honest feedback, instead of trying to get you to pour all your money into something that didn't need it.
