C & R did a wonderfull job with my windows. My existing windows were not that old, but snow could blow through the gaps. For 10 years I put foam in the gaps and plastic sheets over the windows to keep the drafts out. I finally got sick of the hassle of doing this and flushing money/heat out the windows. I was refered to Ray Immig and am exteremly happy with his work. I got a great deal on the windows. He showed up on time for the estimate and explained the diffrence in window types. He also took the time to understand my needs. Besides replacin 6 windows I was taking out part of a wall and putting in a patio door. His crew was Mike and Jack. They showed up the days they were suppose to. Kept me informed what was going on and what the next step would be. Mike was very great in making sure i was happy during the whole process. They had alot of construction, and the old lap and plaster is a mess when you tear it out. Plus 100 years of dust in the walls. They put plastic up to stop the dust from spreding to other rooms in the house. covered the furniture tv ect. They cleaned everything before they left every day. I HAVE A 18 MONTH OLD SON WHO WILL PUT EVERYTHING IN HIS MOUTH. So this was important to us. Jack did excelent work cutting the wood and trim. Ray checked in with me to make sure everything was good. When the work was complete and I paid Ray for the rest of the bill he asked me how things went and took the time to listen to my answer.
