I have never dealt with a more incompetent organization in my entire life. First they don't show up for a scheduled inspection. Then they show up unannounced days later. Finally, moments after sending me the bid and agreeing to begin work the next say, they go dark. Don't make the mistake of wasting as much time with these folks as I did.

Eagle Construction, was more interested in collecting payment, than attaining customer satisfaction. On a recent small roof leak job, they charged $2100. to repair - done in less than an hour's time, and they did not offer a invoiced description of steps done to repair the leak at such a high cost. They installed the roof only 8 years ago. They were offended at the description request, which I needed for my records and possible insurance claim. Repeated request were ignored. Very questionable ethics, and very disappointing customer follow up. Potential customers beware!
