This is the worst company I have never had to deal with. I own many properties and deal with many contractors but this on doesn’t take any request in serious. They tell you they are professionals but After you pay them there are don’t give a +*%>£ about you. I needed to write comments because customer need to know the truth. I am actually still trying to have my request done ... I should never pay them ... know I will need to fight very hard to have my money back ... it is not fair at all

I can’t comment on the quality of their roof repair, but I expect any respectable roofer to clean up after themselves when they’re finished at the job site. Not the case with 5 Star. I didn’t hire them, they are working on my neighbour’s roof, however, I keep finding the debris all over my lawn. On top of that, they’ve allowed the plastic from the single bundles blow down the street where they now litter everyone’s yards and the local park. Certainly not a business I would be interested in working with. No respect for the community and according to other reviews, no respect for their customers.
