Called on a Monday to get an quote for eavestrough. No answer, left message. Called back a couple of times. No answer. Finally called the office on Friday and told them not to bother, I was going with someone else. Got a call on Friday afternoon asking me when they could send someone out for a quote. No thanks.

The advertisement says we do it all. I called for residential metal roofing to be installed. They told me they do not do residential? Perhaps you should advertise only what you do.

My mom had a new roof installed on her home. They have been back a few times to "repair it" due to continued leaks but I'm still left with water spots on my ceiling and they have since stopped servicing their work. I just felt like they fell through on their warranty.

I have been waiting since February 22, for Dowd to show up and give me an estimate on installing eaves trough. It is now April 3, 2017. Such an unreliable contractor.
